providers for lifting machine operators under the driven machinery regulations in the occupational health and safety act 85/1993, of the South African Qualifications Authority We have been Training Excavator, Dump Truck, Grader, Mobile Crane, Tower Crane, Front End Loader, Bobcat, TLB, Forklift operators since 2011.

Our Purpose is to provide best practices training interventions that give our clients added value by ensuring that all operators not only embrace the philosophy of the relevant OHS Act 1985 regulations but also develop a professional attitude towards the equipment and its safe operation, all through effective development of the operator skills by professional trainers.

Operators Training has been recognized as being in a strong position to provide top quality training in these areas.
The MQA (Mining Qualifications Authority) is the SETA (Sectional Education and Training Authority) for the Mining and Minerals industry in South Africa and Rofika Operators Training has been an Accredited Training Provider with the MQA since 2011.
Rofika Operators Training has close ties with the MQA and has been involved with its development since inception. We provide training and skills development in line with the MQA requirements and in close cooperation with the Department of Mineral Resources.
Rofika Operators Training has been a fully accredited Training Provider with the MQA since 2011 providing quality training and skills development throughout South Africa and further afield.
Operator Training
There has been a growing trend to outsource training services in a variety of industries. The benefits of this form of training include: reduced maintenance costs; increased productivity and improved operator awareness and competency to ensure industry specific safe operating practices.
Training and subsequent on-the-job assessment is conducted on-site using the client’s own equipment by highly qualified, efficient and effective trainers. Length of training will be dependent upon operator’s previous experience if any and quotes are made accordingly.
